Good afternoon everyone!!
I have a new section on the website which you all should pass along to parents, coaches, anyone interested in legion baseball. You can easily find it from the top bar of any page under “NEWS.” Here is a direct link: https://baseballmaine.com/communications/
TEAM FINDER MAP
Please notice the new interactive MAP. You will find a link at the top of the webpage, it is located at https://baseballmaine.com/legionteamfinder/ and referenced on the infographics. That map should be your number 1 tool in figuring out which schools are closest to your team and available for you to recruit from. It is also a great tool for players that are looking to determine where they should try out. Not to mention a tool for potential teams to see what areas might be underserved. Send this around. Post it. Get people involved and PLEASE CONTACT THE SCHOOLS THAT ARE CLOSEST TO YOU. If you do not understand player recruiting yet, you need to contact me ASAP.
As you review the map, Please check your team pins and make sure they are accurate. Look for high schools that I may have missed, let me know what changes are to be made and certainly if you find errors.
SOCIAL MEDIA
You should have seen some posts on social media over the last few weeks. Please Like, share, etc. I have/will post(ed) infographics for the showcase event and registrations are open, also there is a social going our for players looking for a team. SEE ATTACHED.
