Meeting should not take long. The agenda is attached, but really there are only a couple areas that we will be discussing in depth.
Absolutely need to know a list of teams at each level, SR, JR that are planing a team for 2025 so that we can get a schedule drafted out. I get that some of you may not feel like you can commit at this time…I STILL need to know about you. I feel like it is easier to take a game out of the schedule that to add them in…it helps with planning if we know what we may be looking at for numbers. Also helps teams branch out and recruit in areas (or avoid areas) that are being undeserved. We need to know ASAP!
I’ve attached the 100th logo and patch files, if you need them in another version let me know. The centennial patch will be available through Emblem Sale and will not be mandatory for uniforms in 2025. However, this will be the only patch sold in 2025. The traditional blue patch although not sold in 2025, will be acceptable for the 2025 season. The centennial patch will be acceptable on uniforms in future years. For those who would like the Centennial Toolkit, a copy is attached.
As mentioned in the reports the proposed policy and rules clarification for 2025 are attached. The adopted dual participation clarification and new extra innings rule for national tournaments (State, Regional, and World Series). A reminder that having written approval from departments for players and teams to dual participate is for insurance protection.
